Would be helpful to move radio button for living/deceased up next to name of family friends when entering data instead of having to drop down to additional information everytime.
Currently we can only save SSN for Purchaser and Co-Purchaser. It would be helpful to have this ability for other family members, when they provide it, for future services.
It would be very helpful in my opinion to have an available option when a family member is listed to have a space for their spouse or significant other. Also it would need to populate that person in parentheses in the obituary.
In the state of Massachusetts, it is required to have the ex-spouse listed on the death certificate. we currently do not have a way to mark this except for using "other" and cannot map this to a field because it might not always be the exspouse
There needs to be a spot for "NA" on the parents. The death certificate system has one also. Not everyone knows their parents name. Leslie Buehler is an example on D22-011.

While there is a spot in the care center to record who picked up cremains, it would be helpful to add a cremains pickup role like there is a DC recipient role.
Family and Friends come over when link a cash sale to an At Need
Currently, when a FH does a cash sale and links it to an at need, they have to reenter the purchaser name and information. I think it would really help my FHs to be able to select the family and friends from a drop down from the case it is linked to.
