Family and Friends come over when link a cash sale to an At Need
Currently, when a FH does a cash sale and links it to an at need, they have to reenter the purchaser name and information. I think it would really help my FHs to be able to select the family and friends from a drop down from the case it is linked to.
The ability to print name tags from the family listing
I think it would be helpful to have a template that is able to generate the names of family members and their relationships to the deceased on labels that we can use as name tags for visitation and services.
It would be helpful to see easily acquaintances phone numbers when looking up a case. I would suggest including this info where they are listed on Case Summary and on Family & Friends pages.
Please add "Estate of ___ ________" (deceased) to the list of possible payors. It is very irritating to have to add their Estate to a list of possible payors every time and then to have to select a relationship. Please have this in the system so i...
