Add weight and height to all case types, entry in First Call

When creating a first call, a weight is essential to know the personnel and resources needed for the pickup, regardless if it is a cremation or not. Height would also be helpful as it is a good identifier of the decedent.

We use the G&S for Pre-Need cost estimates at Wenig FHs (Vertin Co) as it's most customizable; any chance we can get a "copy from" button for a spouse who selects similar services?

This would give our families two customized estimates without the hassle of re-entering.

Copy address

When you pull over data from ASD the family and their phone numbers populate. When you copy over an address to that family member it erases the phone numbers. I didn't understand why my phone numbers were disappearing until I notice system did it....
