Add task title to Notes page when notes are placed on a checklist task.

When you add a note on a checklist task, there is not enough detail information on the main Notes page to tell you what the note is in reference to. Could we add the task title to the note so that it is more defined? See attached.

Custom Field Case Type Tab Default
