Be able to require email for an informant.

It would be nice if you could link one case to another. Lets say your putting in a case and one of the family memebers has passed and that family member was a previous case in passare it would be nice if you could link them so you could look back ...

Often times the informant is the spouse of the decedent. Would be helpful to check a box to copy over the decedent's address as the informant's address.

Currently we can only save SSN for Purchaser and Co-Purchaser. It would be helpful to have this ability for other family members, when they provide it, for future services.

Currently, when a FH does a cash sale and links it to an at need, they have to reenter the purchaser name and information. I think it would really help my FHs to be able to select the family and friends from a drop down from the case it is linked to.
