Necessary Addition to Embalming Section

When working to complete a case report on the passare system yesterday I noticed that in the fluid dilution "injection" portion of the case report there is no area to input the amount of gallons injected in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd injection areas as well as no area to calculate the total amount of gallons injected. This is vital for the case report to be legal for the Texas Funeral Service Commission. I need to know if you can add a slot for the amount of gallons injected in each injection section being 1st, 2nd and 3rd and there would need to then be an area for total gallons injected. Typically each injection would consist of anywhere from 1 to 3 gallons with a grand total of anywhere from 2 to 6 gallons depending on the weight of the deceased. Keep in mind a grand total of only 2 gallons would be sufficient for a 100 pound person and 6 gallons being for a 300 pound person. Obviously there are cases where the deceased is over 3 pounds. Each injection would be between 1 and 3 gallons and a grand total depending on the weight. The rule of thumb for what is considered "standard" is 1 gallon of solution for every 50 pounds of body weight; therefore a 150 pound person would requite 3 gallons of solution typically in one injection. A 200 pound person however would require a minimum of a 3 gallon solution in the first injection and a 1 gallon solution in the 2nd and a grand total of 4 gallons. I hope this breaks it down as to what we are needing and why it is crutial for the case report section of this system. Please let me know the possibilities on getting this added. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. I look foward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Vanessa Lambright
