Customers would like the ability to receive a notification when a new rolodex entry is created. This is due to rolodex entries now being able to have default bank accounts and check transactions tied to accounting/check writing.
Currently when a funeral director creates a new check payee in a case they are not able to enter defaults, rolodex ids, and tax ids that are needed. Only the person with access to the back end rolodex can enter this information, but it is needed for check exports to accounting. Having a notification would allow whoever is responsible for that task to get the information entered in quickly to avoid export issues.
