Case tags are wonderful and can really help organize all kinds of different cases based on what tags you create. We have a specific tag for spring burials because in Michigan, some burials do not happen in the winter. I am creating a case tag for cremations so that when a permit for cremation is back to us, we can then uncheck that tag and the filtered cases in the dashboard that show only those needing permits will be updated allowing us to know all of those who still need permits. The one thing I wish we could do is to have the ability to have the tag automatically selected on case creation but only for those cases who are cremations. Example: If we have a client service type selected for "cremation", then the cremation case tag will automatically be selected.
