Customize Checklist Print

I need the ability to add customization to the print view of the checklist by adding service information fields at the top or next to the deceased name. Much more important than company logo. smile I have it on my list to try a custom document and see if I can then add a link for the entire checklist. But if it works, I have to train the staff how to locate it.

    Elizabeth, this has been a struggle for us too. Our work around is that we download the checklist into a CSV, then copy the portions columns that we actually need and paste them into a table I have created that's part of a different form I made with all the service information on it. It's complicated and cumbersome, and only about 3 staff members know how to do it (but we only do it once per case, so that makes it okay). I wish everything about the checklist were more user friendly, because they are really the most powerful tool in Passare, I think.
