See screenshots. On the Veteran Info page, when filing claim for marker, there are two options available of the 65 options listed at the bottom of the VA market form. The Latin cross is one of these options in Passare but is not an option on the form so this needs to be updated. One of my FHs requested that the other option in Passare could have a text box if selected and that could pull over to our form as well. I think this would be helpful.
