From Emory - On another note, I’d submitted a support request a long time ago asking them on the “fingerprints obtained” section of the Passare case if they could add an option for maybe “N/A” so that when we have cases that are too far gone etc we could mark that instead of having to keep notes as to why we couldn’t get the prints. Currently it’s a yes or no selection and we’d love to be able to note why a case didn’t get printed in case a family calls a year later and wants to know why we didn’t print them. That along with how wonderful it would be to have that fingerprints obtained check box on the main screen of the Passare case vs having to switch to the tracking screen - those are our only issues WE have with tracking fingerprints. It may also help to know that we print every decedent. I know some firms only do this when the family asks for it, we just do it as part of the check-in process.
