Passare already automatically tracks contract changes as well as the user, date and time an item is checked off on checklists -- for cases with many hands involved, it would be incredibly beneficial to see if, say, a flag request form had been printed for a Veteran, or a Cremation View Request form had been printed at some point. This would be incredibly helpful in cases where a director may be out of the building, or our admin team may not be immediately available to confirm if something has been handled, particularly in older cases where memory starts to fade.
I think this is a great idea!
