Rolodex reverse look up

In the Rolodex, it would be nice if there were a way to see what cases are associated with an entry.

Examples of how I'd use this information:

"I'm not getting the doctor's to pick up the phone. What did I do last time they had to sign a cert?"

"That church has stairs, does anyone remember how we got in last time?"

"What did we give that organist last time?"

I'm sure I'd find more ways I'd use it if it were available to me.
