Vitals - Marital Status - If "Widowed" selected and spouse name is entered, make the spouse Deceased

In the new Vitals page, when you select a marital status of anything other than single or never married, the spouse fields appear, which is great. However, to improve this, if the marital status chosen was "Widowed", the spouse entered, should also be made "deceased" when added to the F&F roledex.
