Case creation/Sync

Since there is a Messenger export for Make It Personal, wondering if there is a possibility to have a sync of name, dob, dod to their FloralXpress flower management app. This would be helpful for families who do not have printed materials, but have flowers that come in that need to be documented. The app allows us to take pics of the floral piece and attached cards from senders. I don’t know if this could be like a sync button similar to the obit sync to CFS or Tukios.
