I need to clean up open cases because an old staff member wasn't consistently doing it. I know there are 174 cases with no outstanding balance, and I can sort for them. But now I have to open each one individually to close them. If I had a drop-down from the dashboard or a function to archive cases using the filter, that would be pretty cool.
