CRM functionality, Family Members/People should be unified Merged

CRM functionality, Family Members \ People should be unified. Example:
Brian Doe and Cindy Doe are the children of John Doe
John Doe dies - Brian and Cindy are family / children in passare
Brian Dies and Cindy is the NOK/Informant.
Deceased Brian should be automatically updated in John's Case.
Any updates to Cindy's entry (new phone number/address) should be updated everywhere automatically.

    We recently launched a copy feature that allows you to copy family and friends from one case to another. While these records are not permanently linked to one another, this will at least cut down on the need to double enter family members in multiple cases. Reach out with any additional questions/feedback!

    Met with a FH today and would be really nice to create new cases from existing F&F. As well to allow them to be referenced to one another so that they can look back at linked families

    Copy of F&F from one case to another must be adopted by Passare. Redundant actions of entering same info in several cases is wasteful. Cross over to both Pre-need and At-need cases is needed. Just entered husband and wife pre-arrangements and reentered same survivors in both cases.

    We had a Client Services customer ask about the ability to copy F&F from one case to another. Example: Husband passes and has a complete case in Passare. The wife then passes and they would like the ability to copy all the F&F into the new case.
