Stop automatically sending Planning Center invites to informant

Often times, an informant's contact info is added in Passare before the funeral director calls the family. When families receive an invitation to the planning center before we discuss the platform with them, they are often confused and taken back when they randomly receive a text or email. Is there a way to disable or prevent the informant from receiving the text/email without unchecking the box?

My suggestion, make it so we HAVE to select the box, so it is not done automatically.
