Florida death records require explaining any "other" selections in its Electronic Data entry for death certificates. In the Vitals tab in Passare, it give option for "Hispanic other" under ethnicity, but no option to fill in what that actually is. It would helpful for the directors to be prompted to inquire what that "other" Hispanic ethnicity is during the arrangement period, so we do not have to keep going back to the family and have them answer additional questions. If this explanation could even be a required field when selecting that "other Hispanic" option, it will help to mitigate intruding on the family.
