Add Branch Option Only for Super Admin Roles

Adding a new location/branch requires the review and approval of a Sales Manager due to the specific options related to setup.

Due to the above and that Branches can only be deleted by a Developer, the Add Branch button should only be available to Super Admin roles. General Users should not have the option, but instead, should see a message directing them to contact the Passare Support team for assistance with new locations.

This would allow the proper protocols to be followed upfront rather than trying to clean up anything after the fact.
