Add a time found option for certification purposes.

Cutler Funeral Home requested an option for Time Found if Time of Death is uncertain. They will use time found for certain situations.

Auto Generated City, State, County

It would be great if Passare had a feature to auto generate the City, State and County when we enter a zip code.
