Please add fields for Canada (Parents Birth City,State or Province)

Canada firms have to collect this information but there is not a place in Planning Center for it currently. Can we please add: Parents Birth City, State or Province?

Is there a way to send planning center invite from the funeral home? Not Passare. Many families lose invite and they can't find the email. It seems we have had many families that struggle with invite process. Also, is there a way that it doesnt end up in their spam folder? Lastly, could there be a section that families could could 'login' from our funeral home website as that is where they go to resign in?

When disposition type is cremation the planning center invitation shouldn't say: "help plan _____ funeral"

If the disposition type is cremation it should say help plan cremation, not funeral.
