Private way to Identify deceased

I would like to provide private access (maybe a link, etc.) for the NOK to verify the identity of the deceased. If they are not coming into the office, possibly out of state but need to identify in order to proceed with arrangements. Might be a place in collaboration that we could upload a photo of the individual or identifier (Scar, tattoo etc.) with the family's permission. This must be lockable once they have identified and should not be able to be downloaded externally
