Imminent Need cases need to have the Funeral Options page available under Arrangement just as Pre-Need and At-Need cases. This is possibly more important on Imminent Need than Pre-Need as the Funeral plans are expected to take place sooner. Screenshot attached of the Menu of an Imminent Need case.
This is a BUG, not a feature request. Why wouldn't this page be like the other case types?!?
I like but should show on calendar or dashboard views as only PENDING if you're going to do that or the ability to not show at all, the person has not passed (only imminent) and the service room and staff should not be reserved until it moves out of that pending status. We get a little chuckle when people want to schedule and book our facility and vehicles for Monday and the person is still alive on Friday.
