Allow users to select their preferred sorting order for Batch Forms Merged

Broadway Mortuary would like to be able to select a preferred sort order for Batch Form print outs. Currently it has been changed to only come out alphabetically and he would like it by date order, oldest to newest. If there was a way to select the order they sort in, options for alphabetical, date oldest to newest and newest to oldest would be good to have.
