At Need to Trade Call

I need the ability to switch a case from AtNeed to Trade Call without re-entering all the information, this is when a case switches to another funeral home for one reason or another. They often have to pay for charges incurred thus far.

    I still need the ability to switch from AtNeed to Trade Call and once in awhile back to AtNeed.

    Converting AtNeed to TradeCall

    Still need the ability to change an at need case to a trade call. Having to delete the at need and start fresh and create a trade call is a waste of time.
