Editing Sign Date via Pencil Icon

If you try to sign for an inventory item on the Goods & Services page with a date prior to when it was added, you get an error that it is not allowed. However, if you sign with a date after the inventory was added and then click the pencil icon, you can select any date, even if it was prior to the date the inventory was added. This is causing discrepancies on reporting.

You should not be able to change the signing date to a date prior to an inventory item being added.
