Improve Search Results

A lot of our funeral directors have brought up concerns about the search engine. The name needs to be spelled perfectly correct in order for the search engine to pull it up. It would be nice if it allowed for some user error.

    Is there a way to optimize results from the search function? Common names are often difficult to find, or don't come up as the first option.

    Search tool, return to results button

    If you are searching through cases, and you click through one of the results but realize it's not who you are looking for, there should be a "back to results" button to bring me back to the seach results, instead of having to start the search from...
