Move cases from one location to another

Currently if a preneed case is listed under a branch we are unable to move it to another branch where the family will actually be served. This means that all of the pertinent information has to be double entered (which is a huge waste of time since it was already entered previously when the prearrangement was made) or we can call passare help and have them manually switch the case between branches. This tells me that there is a workaround for this issue but it isn't accessible on our side of the programming. It would be a simple fix to give us permission to move cases between branches.
