Remove Cash Advances and Taxes from Recap of Case Count and Revenue Report by Director for True Average Merged

It'd be great if this report removed cash advances and taxes to get a true average for our directors. Also, it'd be nice to see the average broken down into disposition type- cremation and burial. We are currently figuring this manually after running a custom user report.
