Connect Funeral Options & Disposition Pages

If we enter in a Burial event on Funeral Options, it should populate a "Burial" disposition on the Disposition page with details, and vice versa. Certain events should allow for these 2 pages to tie together (burials, cremation services, etc) though not all services need to be directly tied to a disposition. Right now the information has to be typed in twice by funeral homes.

The information that should be connected between the 2 pages are: disposition type/service type, date, time, location.
