Global Search Improvements

Users would like improvements to the Global Search tool:

• Prioritize search results by recently clicked, rather than number of clicks

  • funeral homes typically juggle a handful of cases at a time and are quickly closing these contracts out, then moving to other cases (as services are rendered). It's important for this list to be flexible and change with them.

  • i.e. my last 10 cases I've clicked into ("worked on") should be listed as my Recent Cases

• Recent Cases should pull from all cases in app (recently clicked from Case Listing OR Global Search)

• Search list should pull decedents only

  • We have an idea to offer 'decedents only' filter here, but it would benefit users to design this for decedents only by default.
