When creating a new At-Need case and collecting information from the First Call (reporting that a death has occurred), users would prefer that Date of Death be within the Deceased Vitals section since the caller typically doesn't know Date of Birth and that can be collected after the First Call.
Additionally, the Embalming Authorization section should include the "Permission to Embalm" selection since this is also information that is collected within the First Call.
If this is not a change applicable for all orgs, it would be helpful to have the option to customize the First Call page to include information more relevant to the specific Funeral Home's needs.
That is very much needed on the First Call page.
