We use the Organization Messages and Reminders and Notifications more and more to communicate. I could see us potentially moving away from Slack and text messaging for communicating our "outside of cases" conversations and memos.
But the reasons we can't go all in on this are: that there isn't a way to (1) see who has read the message (2) a quick way to respond to or reply to a message (I'd love if we could just give a "thumbs up--I got it") (3) get mobile notifications (although I'm on the fence about whether I'd actually want this. It's nice to know I can send someone a message that won't bother them if they aren't in the office).
This came up again this week in a staff meeting...we could have avoided the staff meeting with Organization Messages if there was just some way for the admin to know that everyone had read it, or we had a way to "check off" that we had received and read the message.
Also, being able to format the Organization messages would be nice.
