Add Coroner/ME contacted box to First call

I'm having a hard time getting this box accurately checked off by staff for every case, and I just realized it's because it's not on the first call page.

I'd like to see this check box added to the first call page, preferably by either the location or the time of death, as that's usually when the question is asked.
