Create A Quote Option Merged

There are many families that ask for an estimate or a quote for a funeral service and being able to quickly compile that information in a non case related fashion would be very helpful. Ideally it would be beneficial to click Create, and within the case type options there would also be an option to draft a quote or estimate that wouldn't be related to a case, or require decedent information but would serve as a way of quickly creating, downloading, printing, and sending an estimate to families upon request.

It would be great if it had it's own window or page within Passare so that you could create (from a form that's specifically used for the quote/estimate) and either save or download (maybe save to the download center) the estimate for review after sending.
