Automatically send notifications to secondary arranger

Currently if you have a Secondary Arranger defined, they don't receive any notifications for anything, unless tagged. Can you please consider including the Secondary arranger for notifications, namely PC notiications?

Include Secondary Arranger for PC notifications

It would be helpful if when a Secondary Arranger is designated, that when notifications from PC activity arrived, they, along with the Primary Arranger would both be notified. This allows the Primary to delegate actions if needed.
