Adding a place in the rolodex for cemeteries that require certain fees. Then when said cemetery is chosen on the disposition page it would pop up a field showing the fee required. This would "remind" the director to add to the contract.
This can be accomplished without a reminder by creating a Package in Cash Advances in your price list.
If you create a package for Cemetery Zero charges, their individual fees will be listed and not forgotten.
