I would like to have a link for families to self-start cases from our website, but I'm hesitant because of the likelyhood that we will miss it. It wouldn't be something that happens often enough that checking it would part of our everyday routine. If, like inventory and reports, some people could be notified of a new self-started case, that would ease my worry and make me feel more confident in offering this to our clients.
And, as long as you're at it, I know a number of our staff would LOVE if they could get a notification when a new at-need case/first call was entered from anywhere.
