Case Banner HOLD Merged

it would be helpful to color code a banner that would flag a case if certain tags or criteria were selected.

Similar to the color coordination on the “Preparation Due” field. If we could flag a case with a red banner if we needed to hold cremation or note a special item before disposition that would flag everyone.
