Merge Rolodex contacts

Rather than delete one contact, could there be a way to merge them?

      Great idea...I'm trying to "clean up" our rolodex lists and trying to figure out as to what to do with multiple contacts because if I delete one it will affect the case it is created/attached to. (So I haven't deleted any because of that worry)
