Add spacing and font options for Organization Message

I regularly send out Organization Messages to staff through Passare. The only problem is that alll text is squished together. There is no ability to space out sentences or paragraphs or bullet points. Additionally, there is no option for bold, italics, or underline for selected text. This would be very helpful, because it is often hard to read.

In addition, I would love a way for employees to acknowledge that they have read a message. I currently am just trusting that my messages are getting out there. There is no real way for me to tell.
