Alert Flag - Case Summary Screen Merged

I wish Passare had a thing where we could flag a record on the Case Summary screen that indicated there was something out-ot-the-ordinary going on with it. For example:

We have a case for Jane Doe. Her sister has called asking for information, DC, etc. LNOK is daughter and she asked that no info be given to her aunts. We have a small typed note on the Receptionist desk that has been floating around for over a month. When you pull up the case in Passare you have to dig deep into the notes to find that info, but there is nothing that tells you to do that.

It would be cool if Passare had a flag, pop-up note feature, or something that let you know what is weird about the case, or at the very least tells you to look at the notes.
