Associate license number with funeral director users

Please make it so that a funeral director/embalmer's license number is associated with them as a user. For instance, the FD's name populates on the contract once the case has been assigned, but the license number field always pops blank - it would be nice if the license number was automatically filled in too once the FD has been selected.
