Add "Do Not Contact" check box to Family & Friends main page Merged

Because we have a deep integration with FDLIC and DiGiCon and EverythingAfter, we often need to indicate on certain Family & Friends the "Do Not Contact" option if they should not be contacted.

It's very difficult to remember to do this, but if the Do Not Contact checkbox was more visible, it might be easier. Also, in order to check this box, the user must open each contact individually and scroll the dialog box to the bottom, where the checkbox is located. VERY PAINFUL!!!

My request is to add the Do Not Contact checkbox on the main Family & Friends page, next to each contact listed, so the user can 1. See it and remember to do it. 2. Easily tick off the ones that need to be checked without having to open each contact individually to do so.

A side note...if the contact has no contact information (no phone, no email), the box could be made unavailable, until which point they add a contact method.
