During an onsite training at Spring Grove Funeral Homes, a conversation with Theresa Correa was had about directors not following processes with adding discounts to the G&S page. They are having a hard time controlling the discounts that are being given and are wanting a way to control what Passare role can apply discounts on the G&S page.
