Refund Option Should Include More Than Just Checks

Under payments & adjustments when adding the transaction of a refund there should be fields available for data if it is a credit card refund or a cash refund. Currently there is only a field to indicate the check #. We are noting otherwise in the memo section but that is only out of necessity. We have encountered a few instances where a family has paid by credit card and then called back later to ask us to void that transaction and run their payment a different way. We do not want to delete the payment, we would rather input a refund by credit card and then add the new transaction. This way we can see the entire activity.

    This is available today for funeral homes using First American payment processing through Passare, but it's not currently available for other payment/adjustment transactions.
