A checkbox for "Stillborn" that will gray out or disable date of birth/date of death

While not often, our firm handles cremations and burials for stillborn infants. The category of "stillborn" is available as an option on most forms in our state -- the best workaround currently is to put the date of birth and death as the same date, but this technically is incorrect, as it was never a live birth to begin with.
