Services: Add "No end time" option Merged

I think it would be helpful for services and burials to have an option for no end time. The reason is, services frequently don't have a defined end time. When an obit is exported to our website it shows an end time, which can be misleading to the public. Also it can make the family think they have a time limit, which in most cases is not true.

We use Tukios for our website, and they have an option already for "No End time" on their services, so that should work seamlessly, in our case.
