On the Family & Friends page currently you have to click on the additional information to add the middle name of the family member. It would be much more convenient to be able to add the middle name right there when adding the family member first and last name than having to click down and add the middle name separately.
When entering a case, at-need and/or pre-need, it would be extremely convenient to be able to enter the middle name/initial from the create case page. Eliminating entering the pre-need basics page or the at-need decedent information page.
